Phase 2 Member of the Month
Our members do great things both in and out of the gym. Some own local businesses, are aspiring writers, have amazing hobbies, and all are excellent people. Starting in 2020, we are choosing a member, or group of members, each month to highlight so the larger community can get to know them better.
March 2020: Deyse Riker
Deyse is a medium and the owner of Medium by the Sea. She has been a member of Phase 2 for many years starting in the Hokum Rock Rd. days. Her gifts and skills are amazing, and a reading with her can be life-changing. With your permission, Deyse has the ability to connect with loved ones who have passed on, and can offer you guidance. Even if you are skeptical of her gifts and skills, we encourage you to go in with an open mind and give it a try. We promise you won't be disappointed. Check her out on her website, or on her Facebook page. |

Amy's daughter Asheley, a member and coach at Phase 2, also helps run Cape Linen Rentals. Amy started at Phase 2 nearly 10 years ago taking classes, along with Asheley, with Lloyd in the old space in Dennis, and has been a member ever since. Her husband, Brian, has also been a member. She is training hard and hopes to get back into doing obstacle course races. Amy has upped her nutritional game with the Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living program and represents them as well.
