Group Strength & Conditioning Classes
Coach Rice provides the daily workout, and you do it with the rest of the class. Group warm-up followed by some combination of strength, skill work, and conditioning. All workouts will have recommended weights or movements, but EVERYTHING is scale-able up or down to YOUR UNIQUE fitness level and needs.
Olympic Weightlifting clinics
These clinics are offered twice a month for free to our members. This is a great opportunity to understand the different positioning of the barbell movements. Unlike a standard class, these clinics allow more time to have the movements broken down at a slower pace.
THE MURPH CHALLENGE
Every year Phase 2 Fitness holds The Murph Challenge. Anyone is welcome to join our group for this yearly event.
Do you have kids that enjoy jumping, swinging or just simply likes to monkey around? Why not let their inner NINJA come out at
Days will be centered around:
• Functional training
• Days at the park that we can run from the gym on the rail trail
• Balance training
This program is offered to kids aged 6-12

Open Gym time is an opportunity for members to come in and work on things that they may want to practice more or maybe just squeeze in a quick workout if they're short on time. There is no set- class workout during those hours, so the floor is yours! Coaches will be available to answer questions and help out. They also may be working out themselves.
Open gym is included with monthly membership
Whether that daily programming isn't right for you, if you have a schedule that makes getting to class times hard, or, if you just want a little more individualized attention, coach Rice can set up a personal program for you. Workouts are designed to be done at Phase 2 Fitness, but can also be done at home or other facilities. Do your work, log your results, and wait for your next scheduled workout.
